The room I had was spacious, offering ample room to move around comfortably. The bed provided a decent night's sleep despite personal preferences regarding pillow thickness.
The decor in the room felt heavily dated, with some broken furniture and vintage-style carpets that looked more worn than charming. I encountered a kettle where the lid flipped up dangerously, sending steam shooting out, which isn't ideal. Parking was an issue as there was no designated residential parking available, making it tricky during peak times. the lighting was insufficient, with two out of four bathroom spotlights not working, and there was no shampoo or conditioner provided—even some shower gel would have been nice. Breakfast options were non-existent, leaving me seeking my first meal elsewhere.

Delightful Stay with Charming Service
Our stay exceeded expectations! Warm ambiance and friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere. The Sunday roast was simply delicious, perfect for sharing. Don't miss sampling their craft beers—they were thoroughly enjoyable. For families, the dog-friendly policy made our visit even better. Book early for parking!

great facilities with room for improvement
The children's area was well-designed and engaging for young guests. The seating on the patio created a pleasant outdoor atmosphere that enhanced our family meal experience. Our room was tidy, and the overall comfort level made our stay enjoyable.
The pizza oven/bar could benefit from earlier opening hours.

Spacious and well-fitted double room provided a very comfortable stay. The atmosphere in the pub was pleasant, and the outdoor area was a nice surprise. initial impressions were marred by poor cleanliness at the entrance and limited parking options. Cosy spot for a family getaway
Stayed for my granddaughter's christening. The place was super cosy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our double room was clean and comfy. The food was top-notch too! Loved the outdoor dining area for the kids to play around. The only thing was it got a bit crowded but that's a good sign, right?

Had a blast staying here with my friends! We explored the Albert Dock and hit some balls at Blundells Hill Golf Club. The place is definitely a great base for fun. There's a lovely bar and good outdoor seating to chill out after a long day. The staff were friendly too which added to the experience!
I felt a bit let down by the cleanliness of the entrance. It could really use a better first impression.
